Job Description

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing regional sales teams, driving revenue growth, and strengthening channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage regional and area sales managers to achieve performance
    targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with telecom vendors, retailers, and distribution
    partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and oversee the expansion of distribution channels.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies, pricing, and contractual obligations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand visibility
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews across all sales regions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience in telecom or FMCG
    distribution, with at least 4 years in a senior/national sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, distribution channels, and market
    dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading successful sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
