Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Repair Technician on behalf of a Private
Company.
A repair technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment, machinery, or devices. This role requires a deep understanding of the mechanical, electrical, or digital systems involved in the equipment being repaired.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, or digital systems and identify the root cause of malfunctions.
- Perform repairs on equipment, machinery, or devices in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Replace or repair defective parts, including mechanical components, electrical circuits, or digital components.
- Ensure that repairs are completed in a timely manner and that quality control standards are met.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure it is functioning.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used, time spent, and specific issues encountered.
Requirements
- Technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or related fields preferred.
- Experienced 2 and above years in a repair technician role, working with mechanical, electrical, or digital systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
