Job Description

The After Sales Service Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth and timely delivery of machinery and vehicles to customers, along with proper installation of attachments and completion of all related documentation. This role supports customer satisfaction by providing quality service, maintaining communication, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient after-sales operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assures proper installation of attachments to equipment such as snow wings, plows, rippers, hammers, buckets, and quick couplers.

• Ensures that Pre delivery inspection & Delivery service are completed according to the time requirement guidelines.

• Completes appropriate paperwork regarding Machine Delivery assignments. Such as Delivery orders, warranty paperwork and tracking of equipment time.

• Delivery of Machinery/Vehicles for the customer as per the sales contract Establishes and maintains communications with the client regarding the sold machinery/vehicles

• Conducts an on-going inspection of work area, organizing workstation and removing unsafe conditions.

• Prepare reports on inventory status and key metrics. • Collaborate with maintenance, repair, and operations teams for parts requirements

• Gives assistance to other department personnel as required. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operation Manager. May be assigned to specialize in specific areas
About You

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or a related field

• 5 years of relevant experience
