Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new products and promotions.
- Handle negotiations and finalize high-value deals and contracts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage after-sales service support.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics sales or sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of electronic products, brands, and market trends.
- Proficient in CRM and sales management software.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, or branch visits when required.
