Job Description

Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is seeking an Electronics Sales Manager on behalf of a private company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of consumer or industrial electronics products.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to launch new products and promotions.
  • Handle negotiations and finalize high-value deals and contracts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage after-sales service support.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics sales or sales management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronic products, brands, and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales management software.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, or branch visits when required.
