Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Sales Head on behalf of a private company.
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key customer and distributor relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a sales team.
- Expand market share through new client acquisition and distributor management.
- Monitor performance, analyze sales data, and report on KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and brand visibility.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 3+ years of sales experience, including in a leadership role.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Furniture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in competitive markets.
