Job Description

Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Machinery Maintenance Head on behalf of a Private
company.

The Machinery Maintenance Head is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of all machinery and equipment within the organization. This role involves leading and managing a team of technicians to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of machinery through effective maintenance strategies, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenanc

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure machinery equipment
  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of routine and preventive maintenance for all machinery
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulation and company standard
  • Develop and manage maintenance budget ensuring cost- effective operation

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA Degree in Mechanical/ElectricalEngineering
  •  A minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
