Ethio Impact Consulting PLC is seeking a Sales Executive for one of our client.
Responsible for the major activities of the department, maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Prepares sales plan, report and execute tender document, performs and follow-up the tender until the finals decision is made.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and expertise in C-net software (or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to professionally resolve customer inquiries.
- Proven sales experience, including handling cash and credit transactions, with a focus on achieving targets.
- Leadership skills to supervise sales staff and maintain high customer service standards.
- Commitment to improving customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Ability to ensure the showroom is organized, attractive, and comfortable for customers.
Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing or related field of study.
- 5 years and above Bachelor Degree relevant work experiences and experience in sales and customer handling.
