Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Operation Manager on behalf of a private company.
We are seeking a highly capable Manager to oversee aluminum operation handling, including engineers, workshop teams, and technicians for project assignments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in the aluminum or finishing work industry, backed by an engineering background.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of aluminum project execution, including planning, resourcing, and quality control.
- Manage teams of engineers, workshop staff, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to align operations with project requirements and expectations.
- Ensure operational compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and installation processes for aluminum structures and finishing works.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
- Prepare and manage operational reports, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements:
- BA degree in an Engineering field or related.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aluminum or finishing work operations, preferably in a project-based environment.
