Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Office Coordinator / Secretary on behalf of a Private company.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth office operations, including communication, documentation, filing, and coordination of local/foreign purchases.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls, manage messages, and handle internal/external communication.
- Prepare documents, memos, letters, and purchase orders.
- Maintain files, records, and supplier databases.
- Support foreign purchase processes with L/Cs, TTs, and related documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and distribute approved materials.
- Manage office supplies and operate office equipment.
- Assist Department Manager and perform assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA Degree/ Diploma for 1year and above as secretary and office coordinator.
- Experiences from furniture manufacturing and sales companies is an advantageous.
