Marketing & Sales Team Leader
Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading the marketing and sales team to achieve the company’s revenue, customer growth, and service targets. The role focuses on increasing customer footfall, boosting eyewear sales, strengthening customer relationships, improving conversion rates, and supporting the overall growth and reputation of Eyecare Clinic PLC, a franchisee of Sun Optics.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing and sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and Half year sales targets.
- Increase customer footfall and prescription/non-prescription glass sales.
- Participate on daily sales activities and service providing.
- Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement sales improvement strategies.
- Follow up customer inquiries and support customer retention initiatives.
- Promote company products and services professionally Marketing Activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing
- Experience Level-INTERMEDIATE
