Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employment process, from job posting to on boarding, and providing support to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment: The Senior HR Officer will work closely with the General Manager and other employees throughout the organization, as well as with external candidates and clients during the hiring process. He/she will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and handling important information with caution.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  •  Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures and assist in developing different policies
  •  Prepare and share a comprehensive proposal with clients, and conduct timely follow-ups
  •  Assist with the development of training materials and the facilitation of external training activities.
    Recruitment and Hiring:
  • Craft detailed job descriptions and advertise job openings to attract top talent.
  • Manage the hiring process, from scheduling interviews to communicating with candidates, to find the best fit for the role.
  •  Conduct thorough interviews, lead the discussion, and compile a comprehensive report to inform hiring decisions.
  •  Provide frequent updates to the client and ensure the HR database is regularly updated to reflect the latest information and changes.
  •  Assist preparation of payroll and ensuring timely payment of employee salaries

Requirements and Skills:

  •  Proven experience as a recruiter
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Open minded and thinks outside of the box
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc/BA in HRM, Business Administration, Social Studies, or a relevant field with a
    minimum of five years experience.
