Job Description

Opian  Health is looking for an organized and proactive Operations Associate with a finance/admin background to support its project operations. This is not a traditional accounting-only role.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations across different projects
  • Follow up with staff and project teams on pending tasks and documents
  • Organize receipts, invoices, payment requests, and supporting files
  • Support expense tracking, petty cash, payments, and reconciliations
  • Help monitor project budgets and spending

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, finance admin, project coordination, accounting support, or administration
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience using Peachtree/Sage or similar accounting software is highly encouraged
  • Experience in NGOs, health projects, analytics, consulting, or project-based organizations is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or finance tools is an advantage
