Apex Financial Solutions is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and proactive female Marketing & Admin Officer to support the company’s marketing activities, client coordination, administrative operations, and social media management. The role is ideal for someone who is professional, tech-aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing & Admin Officer will be responsible for supporting Apex’s daily marketing and operational activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating social media activities
- Following up on client inquiries and responses
- Assisting in content organization and coordinating meetings and schedules
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Supporting training and promotional activities
- Contributing to improved organizational efficiency and client communication processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or with related fields of study
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Prior experience is advantageous
