Job Description

Conducts research, analyzes data and shares report that uncover new opportunities, track the health of existing brands, the pattern in industry and macroeconomic variables as well leads innovation projects with discipline and finesse.


  •  Responsible for setting out research requirements and needs that drive better value & accountability.
  • Responsible for setting out the parameter to enlist competent research agencies
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of research reports and recommends corrective action
  • Responsible for collating and providing relevant data that will assist in the buildup of a Strategic business plan
  • Ensures all relevant consumer tests (pack, product etc) are conducted prior to any launch
  • Acts as a project manager for all new launches, hence coordinates efforts across multiple departments for a disciplined and timely execution of projects
  • Provides a brand health report by taking all external and internal data sources
  • Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Plan, lead, organize, staff & control department’s overall activities,
  • Design and implement procedures, systems and tools to maximize departmental operating efficiency
  • Assess risks by following industry trends to ensure profitability, company survival and provide solution
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors or the CEO


  • BA in marketing or similar social science field
  •  5 to 8 years of experience in a an FMCG or research agency setting
  • Proven data analytics, reporting and budget management skill
  • Communication & negotiation skills
  • Works under pressure
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • High creativity and innovative thinking
