Job Description
Ensures a quality and timely execution of the agreed LOS per channel to drive volume, profitability & value share across the current and future brand, pack & channel portfolios.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads trade execution as per agreed PiCoS per channel by closely working with the sales team.
- Leads company availability improvement agenda and manages progress through a third party.
- Assists in the centralized procurement process for POS materials and the deployment thereafter
- Leads the deployment and follow up of a customer loyalty program.
- Analyses, maintains and validates commercial scorecards on a frequent basis to ensure all commercial execution opportunities and risks are visible to senior stakeholders.
- Works closely with the RTM project team to Proposes the optimum route considering the customer formats,
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Plan, lead, organize, staff & control department’s overall activities,
- Design and implement procedures, systems and tools to maximize departmental operating efficiency
- Assess risks by following industry trends to ensure profitability, company survival and provide solutions,
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees through periodic performance evaluations and ongoing feedback
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
- Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors or the CEO
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in social science
- 6 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Account Management, or Category Planning,
- Proven Budget management skill
- Analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
