Job Description
The HR Manager will oversee all HR operations, lead the team, and drive business growth through effective stakeholder communication and marketing strategies. This senior leadership role requires managing client relationships, lead the recruitment process, handle interview and other company HR related activities, handling crucial business communications, including email correspondence.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall HR related company activities and daily operations to ensure operational excellence.
- Supervise and coordinate the staff to achieve strategic business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong communication and relationships with stakeholders, clients, and potential business partners.
- Drive marketing initiatives and business development strategies to generate new business opportunities aligned with the company’s mission.
- Oversee the shortlisting and recruitment process for senior and key positions, ensuring alignment with talent acquisition strategies.
- Proactively search and identify job opportunities and projects that align with Ethio Impact’s HR consulting activities.
- Manage formal and business communications, including email correspondence, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Ensure alignment of all company activities with its strategic objectives and long-term vision.
- Prepare detailed operational and financial reports for shareholders and board members.
- Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture reflective of Ethio Impact’s values and ethics.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison between shareholders and teams, facilitating clear communication and effective implementation of business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and organizational standards.
- Foster a high-performance work environment by mentoring, motivating, and developing team.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning relevant to company operations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations, client meetings, and industry forums.
Requirement
- Proven experience in HR management and business operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in marketing and business development.
- Proficiency in handling high-level recruitment processes.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
