Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Executive Assistance on behalf of a private company.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proven track record in managing complex schedules, documentation and executive level coordination with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative assistance including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements and document preparation.
- Manage and maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and digital) ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, memos and other official documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Compile and analyze data for internal reporting as needed.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and corporate events including agenda preparation, minute taking, venue booking and follow up actions.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Act as a professional and responsive point of contact for executives, handling inquiries with tact and efficiency.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior administrative role such as Senior Secretary, Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
