Job Description

Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Executive Assistance on behalf of a private company.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proven track record in managing complex schedules, documentation and executive level coordination with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high level administrative assistance including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements and document preparation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and digital) ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, memos and other official documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Compile and analyze data for internal reporting as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and corporate events including agenda preparation, minute taking, venue booking and follow up actions.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Act as a professional and responsive point of contact for executives, handling inquiries with tact and efficiency.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior administrative role such as Senior Secretary, Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
