Job Description

Kuri Mother’s Health Solution is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our growing team. The role focuses on sourcing, supply chain management, and quality assurance of herbal ingredients for our maternal health products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and procurement of high-quality herbal ingredients.
  • Work closely with smallholder farmers and cooperatives to ensure sustainable supply.
  • Oversee post-harvest handling, including drying, grading, and quality control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and government partners.

Requirments

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in smallholder engagement, agri-procurement, or field operations (herbs/spices experience is a plus).
  • Practical knowledge of post-harvest handling (drying, grading, moisture measurement) and basic quality control.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across farmers, cooperatives, and local authorities.
  • Language: Any local language to communicate with the farmers is preferred
