Job Description
Opian Health is looking for an organized and proactive Operations Associate with a finance/admin background to support its project operations. This is not a traditional accounting-only role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across different projects
- Follow up with staff and project teams on pending tasks and documents
- Organize receipts, invoices, payment requests, and supporting files
- Support expense tracking, petty cash, payments, and reconciliations
- Help monitor project budgets and spending
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, finance admin, project coordination, accounting support, or administration
- Good Excel skills
- Experience using Peachtree/Sage or similar accounting software is highly encouraged
- Experience in NGOs, health projects, analytics, consulting, or project-based organizations is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance tools is an advantage
