Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Trading General Manager on behalf of Beaeka General Business Pvt. Ltd Company.
Responsible for overseeing all import and export operations, ensuring efficient logistics, compliance, and trade documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develops commercial strategies, sets KPIs, and identifies new business opportunities to expand international or local trade operations.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversees supply chain, procurement, and import/export documentation, ensuring efficient, on-time delivery of goods.
- Financial Management: Manages budgets, pricing strategies, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiates with key suppliers and clients to build high-value partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Leads, mentors, and hires staff to build a high-performance, compliant, and accountable team.
Requirments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance,
- International Trade, or Logistics.
- 12 Years of relevant Experience
- International trade regulations and customs procedures
