Job Description

The Furniture Senior Sales Agent will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving overall business growth in the furniture division.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in furniture sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of furniture products, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software.
