Marketing Officer
Job Description
Yamrot Food Complex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Officer to support the growth of our products and brand. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, promoting products, building strong customer relationships, and increasing market presence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and advertising
- Work closely with sales teams to achieve company targets
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports
- Strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in marketing, preferably food sector and sales of construction materials like cement, etc
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing initiatives
- Good understanding of market trends and customer behavior
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
- Team player with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
