Job Description
Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc is a flexible packaging factory, has established in September 25, 2004 E.C located at Nifas Silk lafto behind Kadisco building, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Thus, Three Y Flexible Packaging Plc would like to hire qualified & energetic applicant for the following vacant post.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Track and process customer orders efficiently from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and order accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit relevant data for analysis and forecasting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, Follow up with customers for repeat business and feedback.
- Any additional assignment assigned by your manager or supervisor.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
- Three (3) years relevant experience for degree or one (1) years masters degree.
- Sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing
