Job Description
The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include managing and analyzing financial data, supervising accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial forecasts, and optimizing the financial performance of the company. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with management across departments to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
Requirement
- Proven related experience of 7 years and above on the specified position.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting practices, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with financial compliance, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a capacity to adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA or ACCA) is a plus.
- Hospitality industry experience and understanding of hotel financial operations are beneficial.
