Job Description

We are seeking a visionary, results-driven, and ethical Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a growing organization. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company’s long-term vision, driving sustainable growth, ensuring financial health, and fostering a high-performance culture. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a forward-looking business strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and Board goals.
  • Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and drive innovation across products, services, or operations.
  • Own full P&L accountability, ensuring profitability, cash flow, and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic investment decisions.
  • Ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant operations across all departments.
  • Continuously improve processes, customer experience, and service delivery.
  • Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing executive team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, diversity, and employee engagement.
  • Act as the chief ambassador to investors, clients, partners, government, and the public.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships and external alliances.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Provide transparent, timely, and accurate reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Champion enterprise risk management, data security, and strong corporate governance.

Requirments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a CEO/Managing Director role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and transformation in complex or scaling organizations.
  • Strong financial literacy and experience managing multi-million-unit budgets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
