Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Finance And Admin Manager on behalf of a Private
Company.

Is responsible for both financial operations and administrative functions within an organization. This role ensures financial stability, regulatory compliance, and efficient office management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Develop financial plans, monitor budgets, and analyze financial trends.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
  • Monitor income and expenses, and ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Ensure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Oversee salary processing, deductions, and employee benefits administration.
  • Implement strategies to reduce expenses and improve financial efficiency.
  • Supervise office procedures, records management, and procurement.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workplace policies.
  • Negotiate and oversee supplier contracts and service agreements.
  • Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, office maintenance, and security.
  • Ensure legal and corporate policies are followed.

Requirements

  • BA in Accounting and Finance and related fields.
  • 10 years direct experience as finance and admin manager.
  • Strong financial acumen (accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis)
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of financial software (SAP, Peachtree accounting, IFRS)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of tax laws and corporate compliance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
