Job Description

Providing secretarial and clerical support in order to ensure that the department provides the required support in an effective and efficient manner.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Receiving direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  • Maintain the general filling system and file all correspondence incoming & outgoing letters, memos and other documents related with the department.
  • Maintaining and adequate quantity of office supplies and provide up on request.
  • Providing word processing and secretarial support.
  • Type confidential documents on a word-processing system.
  • Preparing outgoing letters and internal memorandum of the department /company.
  • Distributing approved memos or letters for the right staff/department.
  • Maintaining supplier database.
  • Preparing outgoing letters and distribute on time.
  • Ordering departmental stationery materials as needed and verifying the accuracy of supplies received.
  • Organize & coordinate meetings and all necessary inputs needed for the meeting.
  • Make prior arrangements & reminders for the managers before meetings and Appointments
