Job Description
The Strategy & Execution Lead operates as the CEO’s office execution engine. The role ensures that company strategy, particularly Kifiya 4.0, is translated into a disciplined operating rhythm with clear priorities, strong execution follow-through, and high-quality leadership decision-making. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role owns cadence and organizational rhythm, execution discipline, and performance signal integrity across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operating Rhythm & Cadence
- Run the company’s leadership cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Enforce preparation standards: agendas, pre-reads, decision asks, and actions.
- Ensure meetings are decision-oriented and tied to strategic priorities.
Strategy to Execution
- Translate strategic priorities into execution checkpoints.
- Track cross-domain dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Surface misalignment early and escalate clearly.
Performance & Accountability
- Monitor KPIs and execution signals across domains.
- Identify slippage, anomalies, and assumption breaks.
- Track leadership decisions, owners, timelines, and closure.
Leadership Enablement
- Support the Chief of Staff in strengthening execution discipline.
- Protect leadership time by preventing low-value or unprepared engagements.
- Reinforce Kifiya 4.0 ways of working without adding bureaucracy.
Requirments
- 5–8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or execution roles.
- Strong structuring, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Comfortable engaging senior leaders and enforcing standards
