Senior Accountant
Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting PLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant on behalf of a manufacturing company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and cash flow.
- Prepare and file all tax returns, including VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and annual income tax, in line with Ethiopian tax laws.
- Ensure timely payments of taxes and compliance with all reporting deadlines.
- Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory adjustments, and cost allocations
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
- 5 years and above experience in a manufacturing company.
