Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Lead promotional activities and campaigns to enhance the hotel’s visibility and brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the sales team and coordinate efforts to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website, and online travel platforms.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
Requirments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven more than three years’ experience in sales and marketing manager position within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
