Sales Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Analyst to support our sales department through data analysis, reporting, and insights. The role focuses on analyzing sales performance, product trends, and customer feedback to support management decision-making. This position is analytical in nature and does not involve sales operations or order handling.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from internal sales teams
- Analyze sales performance by region, product, and sales representative
- Track sales targets versus actual performance and identify gaps
- Analyze product performance and sales trends
- Review customer feedback and complaint data to identify recurring issues
- Support sales forecasting and planning activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis reports
- Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Power BI
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret data and present clear insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in sales analysis or business analysis
- Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Knowledge of FMCG or manufacturing environments (advantage)
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
