Job Description

The Product Manager reports to the Business Analysis and Digital Transformation Director and shall be responsible for driving the product roadmap & partnering with internal cross-functional teams to deliver new products.

S/he is also responsible for developing functional design and technical specifications documents; supporting participants with technical integration during onboarding; market rehearsal with participants; and successfully hand-over products to the operations team along with SOPs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience with product lifecycle from requirements to feature or product delivery, product support, cross-team dependency management and team development;
  • Product or related experience, preferably with applications/sales engagement experience;
  • Experience in the areas of instant payment switches, payment gateways & wallet platforms, preferably in an interoperable environment;
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys;
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows to define project scope;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals;
  • A track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs;
  • Track record of taking ownership, getting results and Sound business judgment;
  • Ability to influence negotiates, formulate data-driven decisions, conceptualize, run and prioritize multiple projects;
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research and customer feedback;
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to guide product development;
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements;
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials;
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skill amid ambiguity;
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Must have good command of both spoken and written English; and
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.

Requirments

  • BA/BSC/MA/MSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development or related fields of study.
  • 9/7 years of relevant work experience.
