Job Description

Private Center Real Estate PLC is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage and oversee all HR functions of the company. The role involves handling end-to-end human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with Ethiopian labor laws. The HR Officer will play a key role in building a disciplined, performance-driven sales and operations team aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment and onboarding for sales and non-sales staff.
  • Maintaining employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Coordinating performance evaluations and supporting sales commission structures.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation in coordination with finance.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with Ethiopian labor laws.
  • Handling employee relations, discipline, and grievance matters.
  • Supporting training, development, and internal communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience (experience in real estate or sales-driven companies is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, contract management, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email.
