Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and on boarding of new employees, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
  •  Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend resolutions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Recruitment, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or a related role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level
