Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our full recruitment cycle and day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic consulting environment, where you’ll help source candidates, coordinate hiring workflows, and contribute to HR deliverables tailored to client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants based on client-specific criteria.
  • Draft and post job advertisements aligned with position requirements and employer branding.
  • Coordinate interview logistics (scheduling, reminders, virtual setup) between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate trackers and HR records using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Support onboarding documentation collection and new hire orientation coordination.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, candidate summaries, and presentation materials for clients.
  • Follow up with clients regularly on recruitment progress, gather feedback on candidates, and relay updates to internal teams.
  • Track and follow up on recruitment-related invoice payments
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts
  • Support the design and distribution of digital flyers or email campaigns for new HR consulting services.

Requirments

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 0 years of experience
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent strategy, or HR consulting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written communication skills.
