Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
- Evaluate the compatibility and strategic alignment of potential partners with the company’s objectives.
- Initiate and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and collaboration opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between the company and its partners to maximize effectiveness.
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years experience in partnership or other related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
