Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Evaluate the compatibility and strategic alignment of potential partners with the company’s objectives.
  • Initiate and lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Develop and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clear terms and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between the company and its partners to maximize effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 years experience in partnership or other related field
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
