Job Summary:
The Office Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical care in an office-based environment, with a primary focus on outpatient care and patient management. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing routine physical examinations, and collaborating with other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Review patient histories with detail manner.
● Conduct physical examinations.
● Maintain precise and comprehensive medical records for all patients.
● Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging studies.
● Refer patients to accessible external laboratory facilities as needed.
● Monitor and follow up on investigation processes.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
● Prescribe medications and provide advice on lifestyle and health.
● Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
● Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
● Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
● Handle patient referrals to specialists or for additional tests when necessary.
● Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about their health conditions and treatment options.
● Educate patients on preventive care and wellness practices.
● Address patient concerns and respond to questions regarding their care.
Requirements:
● Medical degree from an accredited institution.
● Completion of COC and exit examinations with a passing score.
● Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
● Valid medical license.
● 0 year experience
● Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
● Highly energetic and proactive.
