Job Description

Responsibilities of the executive assistant for strategic investment

  • Assist in the administration and coordination of a variety of investment portfolios
  • Maintain investment databases and related records
  • Interact and communicate with investors and respond to investors’ queries, requests, etc
  • Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive investor and all other information including financial data and reports
  • Interact and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders in the organization
  • Plan and coordinate investor events and functions including conference planning, scheduling and execution (in coordination with other team members)

Qualifications

  • MA in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field, preferred
  • 5 years and above proven working knowledge of general office procedures, administrative skills and experience with basic desktop publishing applications such as Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Ability to clearly communicate investment information, engage in discussions with investors, investors’ representatives, make investment presentations
  • High level English language proficiency (speaking and writing) High level web-based research proficiency Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, quick learner, excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to handle situations and clients professionally and with a high level of diplomacy
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel abroad for investment meetings
  • Keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Team player, proactive, good attitude, energetic & hard working
