Responsibilities of the executive assistant for strategic investment
- Assist in the administration and coordination of a variety of investment portfolios
- Maintain investment databases and related records
- Interact and communicate with investors and respond to investors’ queries, requests, etc
- Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive investor and all other information including financial data and reports
- Interact and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders in the organization
- Plan and coordinate investor events and functions including conference planning, scheduling and execution (in coordination with other team members)
Qualifications
- MA in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field, preferred
- 5 years and above proven working knowledge of general office procedures, administrative skills and experience with basic desktop publishing applications such as Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Ability to clearly communicate investment information, engage in discussions with investors, investors’ representatives, make investment presentations
- High level English language proficiency (speaking and writing) High level web-based research proficiency Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, quick learner, excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to handle situations and clients professionally and with a high level of diplomacy
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel abroad for investment meetings
- Keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, energetic & hard working
