Job Description
· Set and communicate company strategy.
· Monitor and the portfolio of projects and initiatives across the company
· Set digital strategy, functionality and experience across the company
· Lead the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
· Monitor and adjust strategic plans based on performance and market changes.
· Lead efforts to implement organizational changes and drive transformation initiatives.
· Ensure that change efforts are communicated effectively and managed smoothly.
· Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
· Foster a culture of innovation to develop new products, services, and business models.
· Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure alignment of strategies across the organization.
· Expertise in developing long-term growth strategies and business models.
· Proficiency in developing long-term growth strategies aligned with the organization & mission and financial objectives.
· Capability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and initiatives.
Job Requirement
– MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
– 8- 10 Years of relevant experience
– 4 of which in managerial position at Micro-Finance or Financial Institution is highly advantageous
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey strategies and engage with stakeholders.
– Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
– Innovation, Negotiation & Persuasion
– Extensive knowledge of Micro Finance operations.
– Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
– Extensive knowledge of Financial Industry management process and procedures
– Proficiency in managing projects from initiation through to completion, including resource allocation and timeline management
– Capability to lead change and foster a culture of innovation.
– Strong decision-making skills to make informed choices that drive growth and strategy.
