Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Executive Secretary on behalf of Sets General Trading Plc .
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of the executive office. This role serves as a key liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external stakeholders—managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (email, calls, visitors); respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Organize and minute-take for executive and board meetings; track action items and follow up on deliverables.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and databases with strict adherence to data privacy standards.
- Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, workshops, and official engagements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive office.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level/senior management.
- Excellent command of English and Amharic (written and spoken)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
