Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly on the phone or in person
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately for each transaction taken at the shop
  • Issue receipts and maintain proper records of transactions
  • Balance daily cash transactions and reconcile sales to the finance department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sales, Marketing or any related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or cashier positions.
  • Working Hours: Monday -Saturday 9:00 Am -6:00 pm
