Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly on the phone or in person
- Handle cash and card payments accurately for each transaction taken at the shop
- Issue receipts and maintain proper records of transactions
- Balance daily cash transactions and reconcile sales to the finance department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sales, Marketing or any related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or cashier positions.
- Working Hours: Monday -Saturday 9:00 Am -6:00 pm
