Job Description

The Creative & Social Media Lead at REFENTI is responsible for the brand’s visual soul and digital narrative. This role ensures that our identity is consistently communicated across all luxury real estate, commercial hub, and event space touchpoints.

Detailed Responsibilities & Performance Weighting

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visual Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the REFENTI brand guidelines, ensuring every piece of communication (digital or physical) reflects a “premium luxury” aesthetic.
  • Asset Production: Direct and oversee high-fidelity photography and videography for the luxury apartments, Event Spaces and the “Refenti World” commercial hub.
  • Design Oversight: Lead the creation of high-end marketing collateral, including digital brochures, investor decks, and event invitations.
  • Environmental Branding: Collaborate with the design partners to ensure physical signage, lobby aesthetics, and showroom presentation align with the brand’s “eloquent finishing.”
  • Channel Curation: Manage the daily aesthetic and content flow for Instagram, Tik talk, Facebook, and LinkedIn, moving beyond “sales” to “lifestyle” storytelling.
  • Content Creation: Conceptualize “thumb-stopping” video content (Reels/TikToks) that highlights the architecture, lifestyle, and unique neighborhood of Bole Bulbula.
  • Copywriting: Craft sophisticated brand messaging in English and oversee Amharic translations to ensure the tone is aspirational yet welcoming.
  • Engagement: Actively manage community interactions to build relationships with potential buyers, the diaspora, event organizers, and premium commercial tenants.
  • Tenant Support: Develop creative marketing packages to help attract international brands and luxury retailers to the Refenti World Mall.
  • Event Integration: Design and execute the visual identity for on-site events, including art exhibitions, lifestyle launches, and community gatherings.
  • B2B Branding: Create compelling presentations for prospective commercial partners and investors.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor social media analytics and campaign performance to refine content strategy based on what resonates with the target audience.
  • Market Trends: Stay ahead of global luxury real estate, commercial and event spaces marketing trends to ensure REFENTI remains the most innovative brand in the Addis Ababa market.
  • Lead Coordination: Ensure social media activities align with the Sales Department’s goals for lead generation and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing and luxury brand experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools, and a strong portfolio of “minimalist/clean” design.
  • Visual brand stewardship, end-to-end social media management (content & community), and directing luxury photography/videography.
