Job Description

AB Advisors PLC is a leading business advisory firm working with the public sector, private sector, and non-governmental organizations investors and private sector companies in Ethiopia. Established in 2007, the company has completed nearly fifty projects across diverse industries and recently secured a one-year grant project from an international organization. We are now seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions:

Reports to: Training & Development Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify financial and operational gaps in SMEs.
  • Develop financial models, cost management tools, and benchmarking templates.
  • Lead data collection and performance tracking as part of MEL activities.
  • Analyze project results and prepare reports, case studies, and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate insights with the Program Manager for donor reporting and communication.
  • Support SMEs in cost control, business modelling, and financial sustainability.

Number of Positions: Two (2)

Requirement

  • BA/BSc in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years in business analysis, SME advisory, consulting, financial modeling, or project MEL. (Experience with SMEs is highly desirable.)
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA/MSc) is an added advantage.
