We have openings for motivated intern, associate consultant and dynamic Admin Assistants to join our ever-growing collaborative team and contribute to meaningful projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Assist in financial tasks, including processing payments, handling receipts, managing petty cash, and maintaining financial records.
- preparation of payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices
- Assist in bank transactions, deposits, and basic reconciliations
- Support procurement processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage routine office communication.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and field activities.
- Ensure all finance documents are properly labeled and archived
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial procedures and documentation. and taxation
- 0 years (we will not review applicant with Experience)
- Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., Peachtree)
