Job Description

The admin and General service personnel must possess strong organizational skills to manage
facility operations and administrative workflows. They require proficiency in MS Office for data
reporting, knowledge of procurement cycles for inventory management, and the interpersonal skills
necessary to liaise between staff, management, and external vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage office facilities, space allocation, and maintenance oversight
  • Handle document control, filing systems, and record keeping
  • Coordinate procurement, inventory control, and office supplies management
  • Support logistics, travel arrangements, and transportation coordination
  • Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Liaise with vendors, staff, and management for smooth operational flow
  • Monitor utilities and asset management across facilities

Requirments

  • Minimum BA Degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for data entry and reporting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement cycles and inventory management
  • Experience in office administration or general services is an advantage
