HR Manager June 1, 2019 –
Reboot Consult

As an HR manager, my primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the entire recruitment process. In addition to that, I am also involved in workforce planning, which entails identifying talent gaps and devising strategies to address them. One of my most significant achievements at my present organization has been the development of a comprehensive HR manual. This manual serves as a valuable resource for both new and existing employees, incorporating best practices and guidelines related to various HR processes, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Furthermore, I have implemented a highly effective knowledge management centre, which provides employees with quick access to critical information and resources. These initiatives have significantly streamlined our hiring process and enhanced overall productivity. I take pride in the positive impact they have had on the organization.
