I have developed a strong foundation in providing exceptional service to customers and companies. During my previous role, I had the opportunity to interact with guests, where I successfully upsold hotel services while ensuring their needs were met. This experience has equipped me with valuable skills in both customer service and sales. I've also learned to handle incoming and outgoing calles ,be able to use different software and office machines to sort, manage and execute different tasks and roles provided by the company.
