1. Responsible for organization's vision, mission, values and targets are communicated clearly to all employees, providing them with all the information they need to synchronize their actions with the organizations objectives 2. Develops policy, directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services. 3. Analyses salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. 4. Writes directives advising department managers of organizational policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. 5. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. 6. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrong doing, and terminations. 7. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. 8. Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. 9.upervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary. 10. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Human Resource Duties and Responsibilities 1. Participates in preparing long-term, medium-term and short-term plan as well as budget of the Division and in enforcing implementation of same upon approval; 2. Identifies vacant jobs, receives employment requisitions and checks whether they have budget coverage and are active enough for filling; prioritizes vacancies, recommends filling by way of transfer, promotion or recruitment as appropriate; 3. Participates in the annual and strategic plan and budgeting processes for HR and Organizational Development programs and functions; Provide close support to programme team across the organization in HR administration and management process 4. Formulates notifications of personnel actions pertaining to vacancy advertisement, screening short list, appointment, transfer, promotion, suspension and employment contract terminations and other internal and external more advanced written communication matters related to human resource administration and presents to superior for review and approval; 5. Carries out preliminary screening and short listing of job applicants for further consideration and action by superior and recruitment committee; 6. Processes other personnel functions of placement, orientation, compensation, appraisal, transfer, promotion, discipline, termination and social security of the Society in consultation and collaboration with superior; Procurement & General Service Duties and Responsibilities 1. Assists in the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures designed to ensure overall economic purchasing or procurement; 2. Carries out survey studies in the supply market; undertakes the compilation of complete and accurate data on commodities to be procured, the compilation and preparation of bid documents, the advertisement, soliciting of quotations from prospective suppliers and offer analysis;
Human Resource Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Oversees hiring process: coordinating job posts, recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions, reviews resumes, perform reference checks new-employee orientation, employee relations counseling through applying standard selection mechanisms e.g. based on competency profiles that are well-suited to check for required competencies. 2. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational goals. 3. Keeps records of benefit plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government and internal reporting 4. Create a suite of document templates employment contracts, variation to contract letters, Invitation to meeting letters, resignation letters, etc. Ensure these are accessible to the team and ensure they are kept up to date and in line with contractual and statutory requirements. 5. Manage the implementation and monitoring of HR processes including recruitment and Selection, employment contracts and variations, starters and leavers, employment checks, Induction, mandatory/other training, probationary period review, performance and Development review and coaching to all management to ensure full compliance with policies and procedures. Finance Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Prepare monthly standard accounting submissions to the Finance and Administration Manger, including general ledger files, account reconciliations, expenditures by cost center/project, as well as other financial information in a timely and accurate manner.
