Job Description
Lead integrated HR, finance, and general service operations for a dynamic organization. Oversee talent management, financial reporting, budgeting, and facility administration to ensure seamless organizational functioning and strategic support to business objectives.
Duties and Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, recruitment strategies, performance management, and employee development programs
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing, statutory deductions, and compliance with labor regulations
- Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, and oversee month-end closing procedures
- Administer annual budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Oversee office facilities, procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and asset management
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, labor standards, and financial reporting requirements
- Lead a cross-functional administrative team and provide strategic support to senior management
Requirments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in HR and finance roles, with at least 3 years in management
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law, tax regulations, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
