Job Description

Responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy and ensuring long-term fiscal health. The CFO oversees all aspects of financial management, including strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and investor relations. This role requires a visionary and results-driven leader who can provide data-backed financial insights that guide business strategy, foster sustainable growth

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Manage accounting, reporting and
  compliance
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and risk
  management.
• Provide financial strategy and business
  insights.
• Control costs and improve profitability
• Manage finance team and internal controls.
• Support investment and growth decisions.

Requirments

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in senior financial management roles
• Straitening financial planning and analysis
•  Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Financial Reporting.
• Tax planning and regulatory compliance
• Risk management and internal controls.
• Business performance analysis
• Team management.
